With over 10 years experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor, he is currently serving a broad spectrum of clients, and has extensive knowledge of substance abuse, addiction, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, stress management, grief and loss, personality disorders, and bipolar.


Jason's clinical experience includes working at Ridgeview Institute for 6 years, which is a psychiatric hospital in Smyrna, Ga.

While working at Ridgeview, Jason has gained invaluable experience working with patients who have substance abuse, anxiety, depression and relationship troubles. He understands how destructive addiction can be for everyone involved. Over the years, Jason has helped countless patients and their families confront the disease of addiction, recover their lives and become functional again.

Jason's clinical experience at Ridgeview has allowed him to become a trusted source for addiction counseling.

In addition to being a mental health counselor, Jason is a skilled presenter on a range of topics.

He has presented at Ridgeview Institute to patients and families speaking on the topics of substance abuse, addiction, relapse prevention, relapse warning signs, denial, depression, coping skills, anxiety, stress management, cognitive distortions, spirituality, codependency, grief and loss, and relationship issues.

He has presented more than 300 lectures to patients and families.

Jason is an interactive, solution-focused, and cognitive behavioral (CBT) therapist.

His therapeutic approach is to provide support, and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. He teaches his clients new coping skills, and assists them in finding solutions to many of life's problems.
