Jason is an interactive, solution-focused, and cognitive behavioral (CBT) therapist.

His therapeutic approach is to provide support, and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. He teaches his clients new coping skills, and assists them in finding solutions to many of life's problems.
